On-Location & Mobile Recording Studio Setup

Keep recording, wherever the music takes you. Pink Cloud Studios sets up recording spaces for traveling artists, producers, and creative teams—at rental homes, Airbnbs, hotels, and destination properties.

Whether you’re visiting from out of town or planning a dedicated writing retreat, we’ll help turn your space into a practical recording setup built around your sessions, your equipment needs, and your schedule.

Recording room and equipment at Pink Cloud Studios

Make room for your next record.

You shouldn’t have to pause a project because you’re away from your usual studio. We help artists and teams create a recording space where they’re staying, with a setup that fits the room and the way they work.

Visiting from out of town

Keep working between meetings, shows, and other commitments. We plan a temporary setup for vocals, songwriting, production, and playback, so you can make the most of your time away.

Airbnb & rental-house studios

Turn a suitable room in your rental into a place to create. We assess the space, equipment needs, and practical limitations before installation, with a temporary setup that respects the property.

Destination sessions & writing retreats

Bring the studio into your creative getaway. From a focused artist retreat to a collaborative writing camp, we plan around your team, session schedule, and recording needs.

The setup, handled.

Depending on your project, your setup can include microphones, preamps, an audio interface, headphones, monitors, stands, cabling, and portable acoustic treatment. We can also work with equipment you’re bringing.

We plan the room layout, connect and test the system, and organize the recording workflow. Tell us about your computer, recording software, preferred gear, and whether you need an engineer or ongoing support so we can scope the right package.

From location to first take.

1. Share your plans.

Send your destination, dates, property link or room photos, and an outline of what you want to record. Let us know who’s coming and what gear you already have.

2. Get a tailored setup plan.

We review the space and recommend equipment, layout, and logistics. Your proposal outlines the scope, pricing, availability, and any travel requirements.

3. Arrive ready to create.

We coordinate access, install the agreed setup, and test the recording chain. We’ll walk you or your engineer through the system before your sessions begin.

4. Wrap up on your schedule.

For temporary installations, we agree on the collection and breakdown plan in advance. Need a longer stay or a permanent destination studio? Include that in your inquiry.

Before you book your setup.
